Heritage Ranch Marina / Boat Slip & Dock Rentals
A six (6) lane launch ramp, courtesy dock, paved parking lot, restrooms, laundry facilities, 80 leased boat slips, a rentable dock, 20 rentable boat slips and a seasonal mussel inspection station.
The Heritage Ranch Private Marina is located at the end of Heritage Road at the very west end of Heritage Ranch. The Marina is just beyond the campground area.
Heritage Park
Heritage Park is located on Heritage Road and includes the largest pool and sport court area. The Heritage Park playground was fully renovated in 2020, as well as the Basketball Court. The very popular Pickleball Courts are located at Heritage Park, in addition to the Dog Park.
Equestrian Center
The Equestrian Center has been at Heritage Ranch since the first property was sold. The original developer used to give a pony to any property owner that wanted one. We have come a long way since then. The goal for the Equestrian Center is to continue to make improvements and upgrades for the riding enjoyment for members.
Recreation Barn
The Rec Barn offers a covered patio, landscaping, shade trees, and a brick barbecue with the Equestrian arena in easy view. Ample parking is available for events. There is also a stage area and full-sized service kitchen.
Heritage Ranch Campgrounds
Heritage Ranch offers a variety of camping options, including RV parks and caravan parks.
Restaurants & Other Amenities
Oak Hill Market is a full service grocery store. There is also a gas station, pizza restaurant, coffee shop & more.
